"Terry helped me sell my property, which I consider a miracle. She was in daily contact with me once the property went on the market. She also always returned my calls, which is very uncommon these days. Terry helped me purchase a 100 year-old twin on Queen Street needing re-painting and Terry took that project on by bringing ins a Mason. There was also some foundation work and Mason took care of that as well. Terry stayed on the Mason until the job was completed to satisfaction. She arranged the inspection with the Mason present. I would not have known how to negotiate a contract for masonry work. Terry did it all for me, which was a real help. Terry stays in touch ad we talk a few times a week. Even though the Real Estate deal is done, Terry still helps me with contractor referrals, general advice on living in a 100 year-old house, and occasional counseling sessions when I get worked up over something"

I knew that because of your vast knowledge and your extreme attention to detail every "i" would be dotted and "t" would be crossed. Things could not have gone smoother. Terry, I know that I was certainly not a big commission sale for you - but you would never know it from the care I received from you. You were always willing to work around my crazy schedule - and made me feel like I was your most important client. And your assistance did not end when the closing was over. If ever I had a question you have always been there with the answer. It has been about 6 months since we moved into our new home and we couldn't be happier. We love the house, the town and the neighborhood. My son, thankfully, is home again and our little place is perfect for the 3 of us - and he is delighted with our choice.
